System to build modular houses
for big interventions of housing building.
Generally the necessary investments for big interventions of housing building with use of prefabricates elements, in areas far from panels construction sites, are higher than those ones of traditional housing building because of high costs for transport of material and personnel specialized in assembly.
ITIHOUSE studied a system that, thanks to its simplicity both in panel production and in their installation, allow to build houses using local labour:

System diffusion
The ability of ITIHOUSE to operate internationally adapting the process to environmental situations and to the purchaser's necessities, allowed to build successfully in different countries and in different contexts: Venezuela, Costarica, Curaçao, Colombia.
